To develop, plan and implement marketing strategies and programs aimed at promoting the products/brands to help enhance and grow business volumes and increase brand equity and awareness.
Marketing Programs and Events Organization: In coordination with the Department/Division Heads, responsible in planning, developing and implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies and programs for all brands. Prepares presentations for marketing-related programs. Organizes and manages on-site implementation of promotional events.
Budgeting: In discussion with the various Department/Division heads, compiles the advertising budget and calendarizes the same keeping in mind the seasonality and trends involved in each of the Company’s businesses and Divisions. Compiles the overall budget and exercises adequate and effective budgetary control through the year and highlights any variances for management action.
Liaison with Media and related agencies: Effectively liaises with the representatives of the various local media to ensure timely, extensive and accurate reporting on various products and services of the Company and negotiates for adequate space and/or time for the advertising and marketing needs of the Company.
Advertisements: Coordinates with department/division heads on advertising requirements and conceptualizes and prepares advertising layouts. Liaise with advertising and other agencies to ensure strategic placement and timely publication of advertisements.
Showroom Displays and Merchandising: Prepares and implements merchandising guidelines at company-owned and company-maintained displays/sales outlets. Take part in periodic inspection of showrooms and generation of grading reports vis-à-vis company’s Customer Service and Merchandising standards. Responsible for inventory management of merchandising collaterals.
Customer Database: Responsible for maintenance, use and managing the customer database crossing intra-company divisions.
The incumbent will have to work closely with all departments within OMASCO and will require regular interaction with principals
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Marketing Degree holder
Minimum Experience: 5 years in planning and implementing sales and marketing strategies, retail exposure is preferred but not essential. Automotive experienced candidate will be given priority
