The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various product categories and build a robust order pipeline and customer base.
To achieve B2B/B2C sales of Wiring devices, Inverters and other electrical products.
Ensuring sales achievement or exceed sales target as per monthly/yearly objectives of the Department.
Developing new customers and new avenues for products.
Ensuring timely payment collections & and to ensure department profitability.
Generate profitability from each sales account and build a balanced portfolio of clients across industries & geographies to de-risk revenue growth.
Identify and develop new market & client opportunities
Track competitors and their strategies to build on company’s market share on each product category.
The role acts as the functional sales generators with clear understanding of organizations operation policy .Also maintains a close liaison between various departments and various personnel involved in the process to adhere to the operational policy.The role aims to ensure that the customers are provided with proper data which prescribes the nature of the function and also indicates the necessary commercial aspects involved.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Electrical Engineering or any graduate degree
Optional PG in Marketing/Business Administration with Sales and relevant industry experience.
