The objective of this position is to exceed sales target for various product categories and build a robust order project pipeline and customer base.
To be able to put together DX and Chilled Water air conditioning proposals. Should have application knowledge to provide design and built solutions and also have considerable knowledge in selections of AHUSs for Fresh AHUs, recirculating AHUs, FCUs and Chillers. Good understanding of psychometry would be essential for this role.
Exceeding sales target as per monthly/yearly objectives of the Department.
Developing new customers and new project applications for our products.
Ensuring timely payment collections and to ensure lower than budget working capital.
Generate profitability from each sales account and build a balanced portfolio of clients across industries and geographies to de-risk revenue growth.
Identify and develop new market and client opportunities
Track competitors and their strategies to build on company’s market share on each product category.
The role acts as the functional sales generators with clear understanding of organizations operation policy. Also maintains a close liaison between various departments and various personnel involved in the process to adhere to the operational policy. The role aims to ensure that the customers are provided with proper data which prescribes the nature of the function and also indicates the necessary commercial aspects involved.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
Optional PG in Marketing/Business Administration with HVAC industry experience.
4-6 years in HVAC Project sales
